There is so much to do in Wollongong Harbour this Australia Day, families really should get down and enjoy the fun! Save your lunch money, by packing this fantastic Australian picnic and enjoy some rides and ice creams instead.

Living in Australia, we are so lucky to have great picnic weather much of the year. As a family we like to go out every weekend, packing a delicious and exciting lunch is a great way to do more activities but spend less.

Australia Day Picnic Basket
Keeping in the Australia Day theme, we think you have these goodies in your picnic basket for tomorrow

  • Lamingtons These are way too messy to make, so grab them from your local bakery or Coles and Woolies have them
  • Vegemite and Cheese Scrolls Here is the recipe
  • Fresh Fruit - Strawberries are delicious at the moment so are grapes and an Aussie icon bananas!
  • Frozen Sunraysia Organic Juices - We have been road testing these and they make the best ice blocks and helps to keep the picnic cool!
  • Anzac Biscuits Here is a recipe you can try to make at home
  • Sausage sandwiches, there are lots of free electric BBQs near the Lagoon restaurant and along the beach, otherwise cook them at home and eat them cold.
Unfortunately, Australia Day also marks the end of the summer holidays so it is time to start thinking about back to school lunches. Sunraysia Organic juices make the perfect lunch box drink, and in 100% recyclable pouches which fold flat after use so the kids can bring it home and pop it in the recycling bin. Their juice has no artificial colours, flavours, chemical pesticides, GM ingredients, added sugars or preservatives! They come in 4 flavours, tropical, apple, orange and apple & blackcurrant so your children's favourite will be covered.

You can buy them in them in selected supermarket at 5 for $5 ot $1.49RRP each, but you can also enter below to win a back to school pack thanks to Sunraysia Organic. The pack is valued at $70. You get 40 Sunraysia Organic juice pouches plus an eco shopper bag to make grocery shopping easier and more environmentally friendly for mum! That is enough juice to send two kids back to school with cool juices for a month!

{Open to Australian Residents only as it would be a little expensive to ship elsewhere}

Disclosure: I have not been paid for this review and the ideas are my own, I do love healthy eating and I believe that organic is better for our kids and our planet. I have been given these awesome prizes for you and some testers to make sure they are worth writing about.
